Description

Before we ever planted an olive tree, before I even knew what good olive oil was, I tasted really good Coratina olive oil. From then on, I was hooked on olive oil and I knew I wanted to produce my own olive oil. Coratina was the first variety we chose for our original Estate Blend, and now we are pleased to offer the Coratina as a single varietal estate olive oil, Estate Coratina. Our 2015 production won “Best of the Best” Yolo County & “Best of Show” California Olive Oil Council awards. As always, our olives are cold-pressed within 24 hours of picking to produce high-quality, extra virgin olive oil.
