It is especially good on roasted vegetables with a drizzle of our barrel aged balsamic vinegar or anywhere you would normally use good extra virgin olive oil. Country Blend olive oil is crafted from olives that come from the yards and ranches of friends and neighbors. Typically, the Country Blend is complex due to the different varieties that are blended to create a well-balanced oil that is rich and flavorful.
