We are a small family run operation located in the beautiful foothills of Oakdale, California, where we produce our award winning premium extra virgin olive oil. All of our oils are of the freshest quality, and certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council. (COOC) Our goal is to produce some of the finest gourmet olive oils available.

First, since our custom blend for my good friend Laurel from Laurel's Heirloom Tomato Plants was such a huge success, we decided it was time to re-introduce Laurel's Blend. So for all of our customers who been have anxiously waiting, your wait is over! The 2013 Laurel's Blend is ready for shipment.
Next, we are pleased to be introducing TWO NEW OILS for the 2013 line up. This year we will be bottling the old Proprietor's Blend under the new name 'Country Blend'. The oil will be similar to the old Proprietor's Blend, but with a more customer friendly flavor profile.
We are also excited to introduce our newest Italian super high density(SHD) olive variety Favolosa. Our Estate Favolosa promises to be a very special oil. The favolosa oil is complex and balanced on its own. The buttery oil has hints of artichoke and grass with a pronounced nuttiness. This will sell out fast!
As always, our ever popular Estate Blend continues to win awards, with 3 gold medals and a silver last year! This is still our most popular oil. Try some, you won't be disappointed!
Last and perhaps one of the most significant changes for us here (and probably the most exciting) is the redesign of our label. Soon we will be reintroducing our brand with a more sophisticated, user friendly label. We are in the final stages now!
